Position
We are looking for you as an Area Manager Middle East Africa Asia (MEAA) (m/f/d) (Full-time employment).
Responsibilities
- Ensure annual turnover planning and budgeting for your scope of business and assigned markets, participating in full P&L management.
- Manage sales partners and support them through regular business reviews.
- Assist in developing new markets and initiating new product registrations aligned with R&D strategies, providing support for successful product launches.
- Develop business plans to guide decisions on investments, market entry, new licenses/registrations, and establishing proprietary organizations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing concepts and sales promotion measures (ATL/BTL) in cooperation with sales partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Head of PP MEAA on:
- Partner contract development for MEAA markets.
- Deciding on appropriate support activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, economics, or scientific studies; MBA is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on OTC; experience in Rx is desirable. 3–5 years in international OTC business is required. Experience in Francophone Africa and/or Middle East is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German, French, and Basic Arabic are advantages.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
