Our client, a market leader in the Agri, Trade, and home DIY sectors, is seeking a Retail Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple stores within Munster. Duties and Responsibilities of the Retail Area Manager :

• Regularly review sales performance for each store against targets, taking action to improve results where needed.
• Develop and support Store Managers and their teams to build competence and drive success.
• Lead by example, setting high standards in professionalism, dedication, and customer service to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Carry out regular store audits, oversee stock management, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Support store managers in driving all KPI’s and delivering success across all departments
• Ensure all stores are delivering the best in class in terms of service, engagement, knowledge and standards.

Skills Required of the Retail Area Manager :

• 5–7+ years of multisite area management experience within a high-volume retail environment, ideally in grocery or non-food sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agriculture is essential
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Skilled at interpreting commercial and operational reports
• Demonstrated ability to lead people effectively, driving results through teamwork, motivation, and genuine employee engagement.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office with a strong analytical skillset and commercial awareness.
