The Position

Forenom is expanding rapidly in Germany, especially in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern area. We are looking for a committed and motivated Area Manager to lead and develop our operations in this region, aiming to make Forenom the market leader.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage the area's budget and financial goals.
  • Build relationships with customers and property owners to establish and grow the business.
  • Oversee operational activities, including furnishing and maintaining apartments.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Management Team.

Who are we looking for?

You should be passionate about Sales & Operations, take ownership, and be responsible for driving results.

Previous successful experience in sales and/or operations, preferably in an international environment, is required.

Residence in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, preferably near Wismar, is preferred. Fluency in German and English is required.

Technical understanding and experience with systems like Salesforce and Qlik are advantageous. Experience in hospitality, real estate, or accommodation sectors is a plus.
