This is a field-based role focused on maximizing product adoption, building sustainable relationships with customers, and ensuring high-quality customer education and support. The ACSM reports to the Country Manager within the Commercial organization and collaborates with sales, clinical, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver on-label education to targeted customers. 4. Achieve assigned growth targets.
  5. Identify customer needs and develop quarterly sales plans to meet those needs.
  6. Complete necessary forms and documentation related to the validation process.
  7. Provide clinical and product training to hospital staff and prospects, including formal in-service support.
  8. Take full responsibility for validation, training, sales processes, technical service, preventive maintenance, and device installation.
  9. Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of individual accounts.
  10. Offer scheduled and on-demand support to customers regarding equipment operation, troubleshooting, patient selection, and clinical best practices.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, opinion leaders, and strategic partners to support technical, professional, and managerial needs.
  12. Create and execute plans to expand current business within the territory, using established guidelines and metrics.
  13. Stay informed about key customers, market trends, industry developments, competitors, and clinical literature related to Vapotherm and its competitors.
  14. Document all activities, communications, and customer insights in Vapotherm’s CRM system.
  15. Provide feedback to Product Development for product improvements and new product ideas, sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
  16. Participate in ongoing clinical and business education activities.
  17. Organize or present at healthcare practitioner conferences and symposiums about Vapotherm technology and products.
  18. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and clinical literature related to Vapotherm and its competitors.
  19. Attend local and national medical meetings as necessary.

  • Ability to establish trust and effective working relationships.

This is a full-time role, with approximately 70% fieldwork and nationwide travel, supporting hospital requests for shifts, product transportation, demonstrations, and validations.
