Area Business Manager

Area Business Manager - North Germany

Remote role based in North Germany with travel to local dealerships as required.

As the Area Business Manager for North Germany, you will work within a geographic region to drive retail sales of motorcycles, non-motorcycles, and finance, while enhancing dealer profitability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include identifying current and future opportunities, leading by example, coaching dealer management and teams, developing brand-led initiatives for process excellence and growth, and raising standards to meet or exceed Royal Enfield benchmarks. You will also identify potential new dealers, support onboarding, and act as the single point of contact for the dealer network.

Develop each dealer in the area to deliver sales objectives including:

• Motorcycles (model and mix)
• Genuine Motorcycle accessories
• Apparel
• Finance penetration

Assist and train dealers in identifying potential growth and creating action plans for improvement, covering:

• Customer experience excellence
• Product visibility and reach
• Dealer profitability
• Volume sales
• Market penetration
• Standards, structure, process, reporting, and infrastructure as defined by Royal Enfield
• Sharing best practices within the region
• Managing dealer needs within the area

Ensure the development of dealer marketing plans including:

• Community engagement
• Local events
• Rider’s clubs
• Support for national events and product launches
• Websites and online presence
• Social media

Education/Experience:

• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in the motorcycle industry with retail management background
• Understanding of dealership operations: Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories, Financial Services, and Merchandise
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong networking and representation skills for Royal Enfield
• Professional appearance and manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Field sales, area management, or business development experience
• Full driving license and motorcycle license
