What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CNC Process Technician to join our growing team. This vital role requires a self-starter capable of handling diverse responsibilities within, but not limited to, the CNC process.

What you'll do:

  • Set up and operate a CNC machine for tasks including milling, drilling and threading as well as designing, building, and manufacturing necessary fixtures for production.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precision parts.
  • Prepare NC programs by CAM and ISO programming, including advanced workpiece probing.
  • Collaborate with team members locally and internationally to ensure production efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and safety.
  • Continuously work on improved material- and workflow in and around the machining centre.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment issues.
  • Keep accurate records of production and equipment performance.

What you bring:

  • Demonstrated experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar capacity
  • Knowledge in ISO-programming and CAD/CAM, GibbsCAM and SolidWorks or similar.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
