This role offers you the opportunity to develop comprehensive cyber security solutions tailored to our customers' needs, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with industry-leading partners.

Through this role as Architect - Customer Cyber Security Solutions you will be responsible for:

1. Developing Cyber Security Solutions: Designing and implementing robust cyber security solutions based on customer requirements, including integrating various security components such as Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Network Security (e.g., SASE), and Security Operations and Response.
2. Engaging with Customers: Partnering closely with customers to understand their needs, explain the proposed solutions, and ensure they are satisfied with the implementation. This role involves significant customer interaction, making communication skills crucial.
3. Documenting and Ensuring Compliance: Writing detailed Statement of Works (SOWs) in German, outlining the services and solutions provided. This requires excellent German language skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance and clarity.
4. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Partnering with various internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of security solutions.
5. Providing Technical Guidance: Offering technical support and guidance to customers during and after the implementation of security solutions.

In this role, you will thrive as you create innovative technical solutions that align with industry trends and exceed customer expectations. Your ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders will enable you to gather the necessary documents and technical insights to deliver compelling bid submissions. Not only will you define winning cost models for deals, but you will also lead these deals to profitability, ensuring the ultimate success of both our customers and Kyndryl. You will play an essential role in contract negotiations, up to the point of signature, and facilitate a smooth engagement hand-over process.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 5-7 years of relevant experience in cyber security solutions architecture.
2. Expertise in Zero Trust, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Security Operations and Response, Incident Recovery, and Managed Backup Services.
3. Hands-on experience with EDR, XDR, SIEM, Vulnerability and Patch Management, SOC, Cyber Incident Recovery, and Hybrid Platform Recovery.
4. Strong customer-facing skills to discuss and explain solutions.
5. Fluent in both German and English, verbally and written.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Familiarity with tools from Microsoft and other security vendors.
2. Ability to integrate various security components into a cohesive system.
3. Strong problem-solving skills in addressing complex security challenges.
4. Experience in writing detailed technical documentation.
