Job Details:

At our Airbus Helicopters site in Laupheim, we are looking for a Betriebsführer / Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) to strengthen our On-Site Support team. This position can also be performed with a reduced weekly working time of at least 25 hours and a corresponding scope of tasks.

Location: Laupheim, located in northern Baden-Württemberg. You will support the On-Site Support team in maintenance and repair of Airbus Helicopters, ensuring safe flight operations. Join Airbus Helicopters and see how your contribution takes off.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling maintenance planning activities (creating work books, analyzing operational data, data monitoring and maintenance, etc.)
• Operating client-side IT systems, especially SASPF
• Managing deployment planning overviews
• Maintaining aircraft documentation according to applicable regulations (on-board and maintenance logs, workbooks, aircraft files/log cards)
• Monitoring deadlines (TCI, MHD, etc.)

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Three-year completed vocational training and possibly additional specialized qualifications (e.g., experience in work preparation or production-related areas)
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking and action
• Strong team and communication skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office
• Fluent in German and English or technical English
