Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Assist medical staff in caring for corporate clients in our practices and at a major client in Rheda-Wiedenbrück.
• Plan and conduct occupational medical examinations such as vision and hearing tests, stress ECGs, lung function tests, blood sampling, and vaccination consultations.
• Use and maintain our occupational medical software to manage customer and order data.
• Prepare and follow up on documents and certificates, and coordinate customer appointments.

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as Medical Assistant, Health and Nursing Care, or similar.
• Experience in occupational medicine is preferred.
• Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel.
• High affinity for IT and strong service orientation.
• Self-organized and structured working style.
• Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
• Motivated to meet the diverse requirements of occupational medicine.
