What you will do in this role

As an Customer Service Agent in our team you will:

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests and respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Use various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating problems to the appropriate groups when necessary.
  • Maintaining certain KPIs to ensure better Customer efficiency support
  • Assisting Customers and Users in technical enquiries and raising their concerns to the related Subject matter expert technical team when needed

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have very good Arabic (C2) and good English (B2) skills in speech and writing.
  • You are service-orientated and communicative and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner.
  • Are confident in using a PC.
  • Prior working in service organization is desired
  • Are familiar with social media and you are active on them
  • Are familiar with online advertising products/vendors
  • Have the ability to multitask & work under pressure
  • Are a fast learner, diligent worker
  • Are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state.

Ideally You Already Have

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Online Advertising Experience that is a big plus
