Capol, a company of the Freudenberg Group, invites applications for an Apprenticeship (m/f/d) as a Food Technology Specialist. You will learn to operate, monitor, and control production facilities, assist with maintenance and trials, and perform laboratory analyses for quality assurance.

The program offers individual mentoring, diverse projects, and even a chance to visit our Canada sister company to learn about colorant production. Training sessions and seminars are also part of the curriculum.

Qualifikationen

• At least a good secondary school diploma.
• Interest in and understanding of technical processes.
• High level of commitment and initiative.
• Independent working style.
• Ability to work well in a team and actively collaborate with others.
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene standards.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
