SurTec, a Freudenberg Group company, is seeking an Apprentice Surface Coater (f/m/d) on-site to train in metal and plastic electroplating. You’ll learn electrolyte handling, equipment maintenance, and process control through block trainings in Schwäbisch Gmünd and practical internships.

From day one, you’ll be guided step by step into your future tasks, with a focus on teamwork, reliability and continuous learning. German and English skills are essential for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of secondary school.
• Good grades in mathematics and science subjects.
• Logical thinking and manual dexterity required.
• Reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• The training focuses on the refinement (electroplating) of metals and plastics, the examination of electrolytes as well as the monitoring, maintenance and servicing of the electroplating equipment.
• You will learn the theoretical basics in block courses in Schwäbisch Gmünd and will be accommodated free of charge in a dormitory during this time.
• You will also gain practical experience in external internships.
• From the very beginning, we will introduce you step by step to your future tasks in the company.
