We count on your commitment, your skills and your eagerness to learn a trade and better yourself day by day.

TRAINING AT MAGURA

Vocational training in Germany is primarily carried out in the dual system. This means you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in our company and in vocational school. The two training providers, MAGURA and the vocational school, work closely together. Both have a common goal – to prepare you for your professional future in the best possible way.

In cooperation with DHBW Stuttgart (Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University), our students always study for three months at their DHBW location during their three-year study course, then work for us on site for three months, and so on. This means you’ll acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in our company and in DHBW. Personal contact with lecturers and professors is guaranteed since the course groups usually only number 25 to 30 participants.

In line with the motto #whostopsyou, July 25, 2019 was the date on which the entire MWT Group of our MAGURAYOUNGSTERS was told: “C’mon, get on those e-bikes! Lake Constance, here we come!” 150 kilometres in the saddle and endless 40° sunshine – something like that can only be mastered in a TEAM!
