Starting 1 August 2024, we are seeking motivated and committed apprentices for our plant in Schlüchtern for the following profession:

Apprenticeship Dairy Technologist (m/f/d)

Training Fields and Content:

• Processing raw milk into dairy products, including quality control, packaging, and storage.
• The training lasts three years, with vocational school and inter-company training conducted in block form at Gewerbliche und Landwirtschaftliche Schule in Wangen/Allgäu, in two 12-week sections per year.

Training Focus:

• Control of complex production processes
• Milk reception and processing into dairy products
• Application of dairy production technologies
• Preparation, operation, and retrofitting of technical production systems
• Process control, fault detection, and troubleshooting
• Monitoring of product quality
• Strict hygiene standards in production

Candidate Requirements:

• Good secondary school certificate or higher qualification
• Interest in science and technology
• Team spirit and reliability
• Willingness to work in shifts
