Your contribution to guest happiness

This 2-year training programme will give you a quick insight into service.

1. You will prepare our restaurant and bar for our guests
2. You will advise and serve our holiday guests in the buffet restaurant or at the bar
3. You will gain an insight into our goods receiving department and kitchen

At the end of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to complete your training as a restaurant and event service specialist in a further year.

• A school-leaving certificate - whether secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school-leaving certificate or A-levels is not important to us
