A-ROSA Hotels Kühlungsborn invites you to start a 3-year catering apprenticeship on Germany’s Baltic coast. You will rotate through restaurant service, bar, banquets, and events while supporting administration and marketing tasks.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in diverse F&B roles, with opportunities to join the group after training, a staff canteen, and employee benefits across our international portfolio.

Formación

• Completed secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate or A-levels.
• Positive charisma and enthusiasm you can convey to guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• During the apprenticeship you will look after guests from à la carte dining to organising conferences and events.
• You will familiarise yourself with different areas in the F&B sector: restaurant service, bar, banqueting, event planning, administration and marketing, kitchen and magazine.
• After your training you have the choice of which area you would like to continue your career in.
