Job summary

aja Resorts Travemünde sucht motivierte Auszubildende als Küchenfachkraft (m/w/d) am Baltic Sea Resort Travemünde. Während der zweijährigen Ausbildung arbeiten Sie im Buffet-Restaurant, bereiten Frühstück und Abendessen zu und arbeiten aktiv an Live-Cooking-Stationen mit.

Sie erhalten Einblick in Einkauf, Kalkulation und Kosten von Mahlzeiten. Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit, die Ausbildung nach dem Programm als Küchenchef fortzusetzen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Qualifications

• Bereitschaft zur Kundenorientierung und gepflegter Umgang
• Leidenschaft fürs Kochen oder der Antrieb, Koch zu werden
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikation mit Gästen
• Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten
• Motivation, sich in einer zertifizierten Ausbildungsorganisation zu entwickeln

Responsibilities

• Ausbildungsbeginn als Küchenfachkraft im Buffet-Restaurant
• Frühstücks- und Abendgerichte zubereiten und Gäste bedienen
• Mit Live-Cooking-Stationen arbeiten und Gäste direkt betreuen
• Einblick in Einkauf und Kalkulation von Mahlzeiten erhalten
• Nach Abschluss der 2-jährigen Ausbildung bei Interesse Weiterqualifikation als Küchenchef

During this 2-year apprenticeship, you will quickly become an all-round talent in the kitchen.

• Your workplace is our buffet restaurant
• Whether for breakfast or dinner: You will delight our guests with your cooked dishes

• You will gain an insight into the purchasing and costing of meals
