Here you control the feel-good experience:

• We teach you the basics of your 3-year training in operational areas such as housekeeping, service, kitchen, and reception. This is followed by commercially oriented content like revenue management, marketing, human resources, merchandise management, and purchasing.
• You will learn to manage various hotel areas from a commercial perspective.
• Your main tasks will include analyzing operational key figures, assisting with personnel planning and recruitment, obtaining quotations, calculating sales prices, and developing marketing measures.
• Gain insights into the organization and management of hotel teams.
