Zusammenfassung

Schäfer & Flottmann sucht einen motivierten Auszubildenden zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) für die Ausbildungsabteilung, beginnend am 1. August 2026.

Sie arbeiten an verschiedenen Werkstoffen und Fertigungsverfahren, unterstützen Wartung, Prüfung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen in einem familiengeführten Umfeld. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören der Einsatz in Drehen, Fräsen und Stanzen, das Zusammenbauen von Bauteilen sowie die Inbetriebnahme von Verpackungsmaschinen.

Qualifikationen

• Schulabschluss mindestens Realschulabschluss (10. Klasse).
• Notwendige Fächer: Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften (mind. Note 3).
• Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Systemen.
• Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Bedienen und Bedienen von Werkzeugen im konventionellen Maschinenbau (Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren).
• Lernen zur Wartung, Prüfung, Instandsetzung von Maschinen und Anlagen.
• Herstellen und Anpassen von Bauteilen durch verschiedene Fertigungsverfahren.
• Montage und Inbetriebnahme unserer Verpackungsmaschinen.

Apprentice Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

for our training department starting August 1, 2026 (a later start may also be possible)

Your tasks with us:

• Working with various mechanical manufacturing methods in the conventional field, such as turning, milling, and drilling
• Learning how to maintain, inspect, and repair machines and systems
• Manufacturing and adapting components by combining different production processes
• Assembly and commissioning of our packaging machines

What we look for in you:

• A good secondary school certificate (Grade 10); your grades in mathematics and natural sciences should be at least a "3" (satisfactory)
• Interest in technical systems
• High willingness to learn
• Strong motivation and ability to work in a team
