At Sanofi, computational modelling and simulation of drug safety helps us accelerate R&D for patients and supports patient safety throughout the entire research and development process. It's about harnessing data insights and leveraging mathematical models and digital twins responsibly to search deeper and solve sooner than ever before. Join our Digital Toxicology team as Computational Systems Toxicologist and you can help make it happen. Your job? Leading, developing and applying Quantitative Systems Toxicology approaches to predict safety of proteins, antibodies, nanobodies, and synthetic molecules. Provide actionable insights to medicinal chemists, toxicologists, and clinical teams for candidate selection, lead optimization, and risk mitigation by predicting organ toxicities and safety biomarkers. Drive compound safety and further enhance decision making in discovery and development projects by working with interdisciplinary teams. At Sanofi, Digital Toxicology supports both investigative needs and critical decision making throughout all phases of drug discovery and development. As part of the Preclinical Safety unit, Digital Toxicology is linked to investigative and regulatory toxicology, pathology and safety pharmacology expertise.
