First point of contact for our customers' technical teams and interface with the development teams

1. Provide technical advice on camera families, accessories, and our software packages (SDKs and APIs).
2. Support customers with camera integration and application optimization, including on-site assistance if necessary.
3. Handle support requests from customers, sales staff, and distributors during pre- and post-sales phases.
4. Focus on image processing software, camera technology, electrical engineering, and optics.
5. Create programming examples and perform error analyses.
6. Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and product management regarding customer requirements and feature requests.

Your profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience in technical support.
2. Experience programming in multiple languages (C, C++, C#, Python) and working with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS, QNX).
3. Knowledge in developing embedded software (e.g., with V4L2, GStreamer, Libargus).
4. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with customer orientation.
5. Proficiency in German and English (C1 level).
6. Organizational skills and effective time management for handling multiple topics simultaneously.
7. Motivation for continuous learning aligned with our portfolio and customer service approach.
8. Willingness to travel locally and internationally (2-4 weeks per year) for trade fairs, customer visits, and other company activities.
