You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define responsibilities, validate access and documentation, and ensure smooth handovers. Fluent German is required to communicate with stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary liaison between the client, incumbent vendor, and internal teams.
• Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities to ensure a seamless service takeover.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of technical, operational, and process-related issues.
• Define and align roles, responsibilities, scope boundaries, and RACI ownership across stakeholders.
• Ensure operational readiness by validating documentation, access requirements, support prerequisites, and handover activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to facilitate smooth transition and ongoing support operations.
• Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week, Chemnitz, Germany location)

Key Responsibilities:
