Overview

Position: Technical Solutions Consultant

Company: Identity & Access Management Software & Solutions Company

Salary: €50,000 - 65,000, depending on relevant experience

Location: Frankfurt office - remote friendly, at least once in the office every 4-6 weeks is ideal. Approximately 50/50 split with colleagues who are more remote and more in the office. Some client travel for kick-offs expected in the DACH region.

Requirements: Need to already live in Germany | No sponsorship available | C1 German or above

Responsibilities

• Technical implementation experience - configuration, integration, testing, etc. of other software solutions in B2B / external customer contexts
• Ideally you will have worked in enterprise & complex/long term projects
• Be comfortable in a client-facing role when required
• Ambitious, able to find solutions, and able to work independently
• Hands-on configuration of On-premise & SaaS solutions during the implementation phase (e.g., 2-factor authentications, connections to other tools, data transfers)
• Collaborate with the Solution Lead and customer to verify requirements, define user stories, specify the solution, then implement through configuration, integration and testing
• Support successful handover to the customer & support colleagues
• Project load typically 2-4 projects; focus on the DACH region with demand for new implementations
• Work with large customers (average 3-6k employees) on projects 6-12 months, across Government, Automotive and related sectors

This Venture Capital-funded company has been established for almost 20 years in the Identity & Access Management industry, providing software & solutions to well-known international names. There are just over 100 people in the business across 3 countries, with around 20 in the German team. They have hired multiple people recently and are continuing to do so this year. Your immediate team is around 5 people, with a new head of department to help shape the future.

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who will help you get up to speed with training, coaching, and more on their products.
