Your Responsibilities

• Consulting & Development: Provide application technology consulting on raw materials and additives for the pasta industry.
• Formulation & Ingredients: Develop new recipes, select relevant raw materials, document formulations, interpret test results and derive practical application and process-related recommendations.
• Innovation Management: Screen new raw materials, particularly enzymes and colorants for pasta products.
• Practical Testing & Analysis: Produce test samples using pilot plants and conduct texture and color measurements.
• Industrial Trials & Customer Support: Oversee large-scale production trials at customer sites.
• Training & Seminars: Conduct internal and external training sessions.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and conduct quality assurance testing.

Your Profile

• Degree in food technology, food engineering, or food science.
• Experience in industrial pasta or bakery production, as well as in product development.
• Passion for scientific and laboratory work.
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer presentations, large-scale trials, and seminars.
• Strong customer orientation and intercultural competence.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
