About the Role

How you will contribute

• Focus on front-end development with emphasis on usability and reusability for system users.
• Understand full-stack development of a global application.
• Comprehend business areas and user requirements.
• Develop new and support existing user-facing features, design pages for usability, utilize reusable code, and optimize response times.
• Perform program design, coding, development, unit and integration testing.
• Program applications and integrate complex business logic based on design specifications.
• Deliver high-quality software solutions within time and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with the Analyst Team to support business needs.

What you will bring

Extensive experience in:

• Application server knowledge (JBOSS, Tomcat, Weblogic)
• PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL development (stored procedures, triggers, query tuning, performance optimization)
• Application reporting tools (JasperSoft, BIRT)
• Java build tools (Ant, Maven)
• Functional testing and verification of application code
• Documented technical solutions within time, cost, and functionality constraints
• Troubleshooting and tuning web-based applications
• Java technologies (Spring MVC, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JavaBeans, Restful Webservices)
• Java IDEs (IntelliJ, Eclipse)
• Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
