Tasks:

• Orchestrating the SAP S/4HANA transformation in the eBike Systems business unit;
• Coordinating and advising the respective departments across divisions on the formulation of requirements within the framework of the SAP S/4HANA transformation;
• Working with central departments and internal and external IT service providers to develop new and innovative concepts and processes in the area of enterprise IT, as well as further developing the existing process landscape;
• Keeping track of and understanding technological developments and incorporating these insights into the process work at eBike with the aim of developing and implementing best-in-class processes;
• Preparing project meetings and workshops, documenting work results, and proactively participating with confident and assured communication and demeanor.

Requirements:

• "Completed university degree (bachelor's/master's) in business informatics or a comparable field of study;
• 3-5 years of IT project management experience in implementation or change projects related to SAP S/4HANA, practical experience in business process management (BPM), ideally in the BBM environment, experience in international teams, experience in agile and classic project management;
• Excellent communication skills at the operational level with specialist departments and management, hands-on mentality, self-reflective, team-oriented, constantly willing to learn, strong negotiation, presentation, and moderation skills;
• High level of problem awareness and solution competence, independent, solution- and customer-oriented, pragmatic, analytical and methodically structured, perseverance;
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills;
• On-site presence usually 1-2 times per week. Remaining working hours can be worked from home by arrangement.
