Role description

We are looking for an Application Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to oversee the management, optimization, and ongoing development of our Business Central ERP platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the system’s alignment with business needs, managing updates and enhancements, and providing technical support. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to ensure smooth and efficient use of the ERP system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Security Administration in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with third-party applications that integrate with Business Central.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• 1-2 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics BC
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and ETL processes.

Your Mission

• ERP System Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• User Support and Training: Act as a primary contact for ERP users, troubleshooting issues, responding to inquiries, and providing training and guidance as necessary.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
• Customization and Integration: Work with third-party developers and/or internal IT teams to customize Business Central features and integrate with other business applications.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including system configurations, process changes, and user manuals.
• Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data accuracy and security within Business Central, implementing best practices for data handling and compliance.
• Project Management: Lead or participate in ERP-related projects, including system migrations, module additions, and new feature rollouts.
