Qualifikationen

Your tasks

  • You will support the technical and commercial applications in the Human Resources division of the EQOS Group (e.g. payroll, administration, time management, etc.) and coordinate closely with the software houses
  • You are responsible for supporting the internal and external interfaces of the HR IT applications and describe the requirements for these interfaces
  • You analyze, describe and maintain the data structures of the HR systems
  • You will analyze the requirements for HR applications from both the user side and the IT department - optimizing current processes and supporting the acquisition of new IT solutions
  • You will be responsible for user support and training as well as the administration and documentation of applications

Our requirements profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a technical focus (e.g. business informatics, industrial engineering) or have comparable experience in IT or HR
  • You already have experience in IT application support or, as a career changer, have a good understanding of commercial business processes or processes in HR and data flows in companies
  • You have very good MS Office user skills. Knowledge of PostgreSQL or payroll systems such as P&I LOGA is an advantage
  • You have a very good command of German and a good command of English. Knowledge of French is a plus
  • You are characterized by an open-minded, communicative and service-oriented personality and are interested in further development - you want to make a difference in our company
