Qualifikationen

Application Manager (m/f/d) - Applications / IT Support / Cloud Services

ivl is the IT service provider for the city of Leverkusen and Energieversorgung Leverkusen. ivl is the central point of contact when it comes to the use of information technology in the city of Leverkusen's group of companies. We see ourselves as a full-service IT provider and offer a very broad and innovative range of services with highly secure data centers, software areas and customer-oriented support. Every day, our approximately 100 employees ensure that the IT and digitalization of public administration, energy supply and many other public companies and schools in Leverkusen function and continue to develop.

Your tasks:

• Support and second-level support for our customers' innovative software applications
• Sub-project management in software implementation projects
• Collaboration with and management of external service providers
• Monitoring our existing application landscape (e.g. with PRTG) and developing automated measures for preventive error avoidance
• Determining options for migrating existing on-prem applications to cloud-based solutions

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in an IT-related field or completed IT vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with client-server applications
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and the use of automation techniques, such as Ansible and GitLab, desirable
• Passion for IT services as well as strong initiative, commitment, goal orientation and ability to work in a team
