  • Development of customized iMedOne solutions for customers
  • Creating and performing ad-hoc analyses and responding to queries
  • Responsibility for the creation of data bases
  • Processing, expanding and further developing the reporting system
  • Acceptance, analysis and processing of faults and requests as part of 2nd level support as well as documentation in the ticket system used

Our expectations of you

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector, in a medical, nursing or administrative environment or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge of at least one analysis tool (e.g. QlikSense / View, Crystal Reports) is desirable
  • Experience in business intelligence projects is an advantage
  • Industry or specialist knowledge in the hospital sector is an advantage
  • Strong interest in digital innovations in the healthcare sector
  • Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Commitment, quality awareness and service-oriented work
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training
