Our Asset Operations Platform & Systems Team is looking for you!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Manager to oversee our asset operations platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure, with a particular focus on the energy IT sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining asset operations platforms and systems.
• Ensuring the resilience and reliability of application architectures.
• Performing disaster recovery planning and execution for critical applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.
• Leading projects to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Finding innovative and optimal solutions to complex technical challenges.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong architectural technical knowledge of technical infrastructure layers, particularly with MS Azure and similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of the underlying application architecture within core asset operations platforms and systems.
• Proven ability to enhance system security, resilience, and reliability.
• Capability to find innovative and optimal solutions to technical challenges.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning and execution for applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in applications like, for example, Aveva PI, SeeQ, and/or alternatives is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Very good verbal/written English communication skills/ German is a plus
