Job Description: Application Manager (all genders)

We are currently looking to fill the position of Application Manager (all genders) at our Eugendorf location, full-time (40h), on a permanent basis, starting immediately.

Your Challenges

1. Develop and enhance our modern Point of Sales application to improve the online journey for customers and agents.
2. Collaborate with internal and external developers and the Product Manager within the SAFe framework.
3. Serve as the central contact for defined requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
4. Manage and coordinate external support and development partners.
5. Analyze and optimize interfaces to internal and external applications.
6. Maintain our document management application.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of databases, with solid knowledge of MSSQL; experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps is a plus.
• Programming and scripting experience in C#, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for learning and teamwork.
