Position Overview

We are transforming into a data-driven company, constantly enhancing our products and services with a focus on our customers. As an Application Manager, you will play a key role in implementing our global IT strategy at our Eugendorf location, full-time (40h).

Your Challenges

1. Develop and enhance our modern Point of Sales application to improve the online experience for customers and agents.
2. Collaborate with internal and external developers and the Product Manager within the SAFe framework.
3. Serve as the main contact for defined requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
4. Manage and coordinate external support and development partners.
5. Analyze and optimize interfaces with internal and external applications.
6. Maintain our document management application.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• General understanding of databases, with strong MSSQL skills; experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps is a plus.
• Programming and scripting experience in C#, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is beneficial.
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, eager to learn and work in a team.
