Position: Application Manager (all genders)

We are transforming into a Data-Driven company, continuously enhancing our products and services with a focus on our customers. As an Application Manager, you will play a key role in implementing our global IT strategy.

This position is available immediately for an indefinite period at our Eugendorf location, full-time (40 hours).

Your Challenges

1. Develop and improve our Point of Sales application to enhance the online journey for customers and agents.
2. Collaborate with internal and external developers and the Product Manager within the SAFe framework.
3. Serve as the main contact for defined requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
4. Manage and coordinate external support and development partners.
5. Analyze and optimize interfaces to internal and external applications.
6. Maintain our document management application.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of databases, with strong MSSQL skills; experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps is a plus.
• Programming and scripting experience in C#, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
• Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, eager to learn and work in a team.
