Job Description: Application Manager (all genders)

Join Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Austria GmbH, a leading financial services company in Austria, as we transition into a Data-Driven Company. We are looking for a dedicated Application Manager to play a key role in implementing our global IT strategy.

This full-time position (40h) in Eugendorf is available immediately and is permanent.

Your Challenges
  1. Develop and enhance our modern Point of Sales application to improve the online journey for customers and agents.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external developers and the Product Manager within the SAFe framework.
  3. Serve as the main contact for defined requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
  4. Manage and coordinate external support and development partners.
  5. Analyze and optimize interfaces with internal and external applications.
  6. Support our Document Management application.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of databases, with solid knowledge of MSSQL; experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps is a plus.
  • Programming and scripting experience in C#, PowerShell, Python.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with enthusiasm for learning and teamwork.
