Application Manager (all genders)

We are transforming into a data-driven company, continuously improving our products and services to focus more on our customers. As an Application Manager, you play a central role in implementing our global IT strategy.

This position is available immediately for a permanent full-time role (40 hours) at our location in Eugendorf.

Your Challenges
  1. Develop and enhance our modern Point of Sale application to improve the online journey for our end customers and agents.
  2. Collaborate with internal/external developers and the Product Manager within the SAFe framework.
  3. Serve as the central contact for defined requirements, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication.
  4. Manage and coordinate external support and development partners.
  5. Analyze and optimize interfaces with internal and external applications.
  6. Support our document management application.
Your Profile
  • A university degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent experience.
  • General understanding of databases, solid knowledge of MSSQL, and ideally some experience with Microsoft Azure and DevOps.
  • Programming and scripting experience (C#, PowerShell, Python).
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • An analytical and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for learning and teamwork.
