Job Description

• Ensures that IT application support processes are maintained and that all user requests are handled according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements.
• Investigates and prioritizes incidents and problems regarding IT applications.
• Seeks resolutions for incidents, handles them (2nd level support and 3rd level support as required) and documents and closes resolved incidents.
• Initiates and monitors measures to prevent or solve problems in systems, processes and services.
• Performs and documents application changes, including implementation, customizing and configuration.
• Assesses, analyzes, plans and designs release packages, including risk assessment.
• Provides "Go Live" support for change or introduction of IT solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
