Your Tasks :
- When the salespeople and the field application engineers can’t find a solution, you play a key role in supporting our international customers and ensuring that our innovative wireless charging product, Wiferion, provides reliable electricity for their applications.
- You understand the product and install systems remotely and on customer sites as part of your daily work.
- You troubleshoot and resolve problems in the field, enjoying identifying and fixing faults.
- You collect benchmarking and other data to help keep our product competitive and facilitate continuous improvement and development.
- As an application engineer, you support the sales team, field colleagues, and customers with expertise in new integrations, problem-solving, and technical issues.
- You communicate effectively, creating and delivering technical presentations and preparing application notes for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- You remain calm during major faults and support customers until solutions are found, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- If remote resolution isn’t possible, you are willing to meet customers on-site (around 20% of cases) to resolve integration issues or faults.
Our requirements :
- You hold a degree in electrical engineering or an apprenticeship in a related field, with some experience in application engineering preferred.
- You have a strong interest in electrical engineering and application development, with knowledge of battery management and electrical installations.
- You bring innovative ideas that add value to the team and customers.
- You prioritize customer support, demonstrating empathy and analytical skills to overcome obstacles efficiently, and providing expert advice to colleagues.
- You work effectively with international partners and teams, both virtually and in Microsoft Office, and communicate fluently in German and English. Additional languages are a plus.
