Location:

Sosnowiec, Poland, with remote work options.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for sales of OMICRON products and services.
• Deliver product presentations, live demos, and hands-on sessions.
• Serve as a technical contact for customer inquiries and develop solutions collaboratively.
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and participate in trade fairs and industry events.
• Contribute to product and service development and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Background in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in power protection testing or high-voltage systems.
• Customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Willing to travel approximately 25-40% of the time.
