ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology Enabler seeks an expert to install and accept AFM-based Particle Removal Tools (PRT) at leading photomask and semiconductor manufacturers worldwide, collaborating with local ZEISS teams.

You carry out the process installation and acceptance of our AFM-based Particle Removal Tools (PRT) at leading photomask and semiconductor manufacturers worldwide, working closely with local ZEISS employees. Through hands-on, practice-oriented training sessions, you train colleagues and customers in the use of the tool and its applications. With your analytical and goal-oriented approach, you contribute as part of the Application Support Team to the rapid resolution of complex issues. In coordination with our Product Management team, you convince customers of the capabilities of our latest machine generations by demonstrating new processes and features. In collaboration with our customers and local ZEISS employees, you channel improvement suggestions and new use cases into the development process.
A successfully completed Master’s degree or equivalent qualification natural Sciences, engineering, or a related field; a PhD is preferred. Ideally, knowledge and experience in our field of work, such as atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDX, and vacuum technology. An analytical and customer-oriented approach to work, flexibility, enthusiasm for innovative cutting-edge technology, and enjoyment of working in a team. An interest in, or ideally experience with, working with international customers, particularly in Asia and the USA. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment. Willingness to travel extensively, including several-week-long international business trips across continents.
