Job Summary

Responsible for implementing processes within the control development of customer-specific automation systems for laboratory applications.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop robot controllers for customer-specific projects in laboratory automation.
  2. Create concepts, program, validate, test, and oversee installation and handover of systems to customers.
  3. Provide technical support to our sales department in preparing quotations.
  4. Conduct briefings and training courses.
  5. Handle support requests from international users.
  6. Familiarize with existing customer projects to gain expertise and participate in design decisions related to software, hardware, and functions, including documentation and quality control.
Basic Qualifications
  1. Technical or scientific studies.
  2. Several years of professional experience, especially in laboratory and process automation, are advantageous.
  3. Interest in technical, biological, or chemical issues.
  4. Enjoy programming challenges.
  5. Structured, organized working style.
  6. Creative, strategic, and analytical mindset.
  7. High independence, communication skills, teamwork ability, responsibility, and quality awareness.
  8. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  9. French language skills are a plus.
  10. Proficiency with MS Office.
  11. Knowledge of Siemens PLC control systems (TIA Portal, WinCC, PCS7) is an advantage.
  12. Experience in project management is beneficial.
  13. Driver's license is required.
