MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We're looking for a proactive and experienced Application Engineer C&I Storage to join our team and make a significant impact on the future of our company. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical design of our C&I Storage turnkey offers.
You will play a key role in executing our new turnkey solution business in Europe, focusing on small to mid-sized commercial and industrial solar and storage installations.
Main responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all phases of a turnkey PV+BESS project.
Analyze customer requirements and technical constraints to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Design optimal system sizes based on available space, roof profile/usable area, and lowest Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), considering the customer’s electricity consumption and costs.
Clearly define technical assumptions, exclusions, and project scope.
Create plant layouts and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for system components.
Assess and evaluate the technical deliverables of potential subcontractors and partners.
Identify battery limit and delineate the scope-of-works between multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, and the Commercial Manager Budget & Design.
Contribute to the development of standardized materials for future proposals.
