Job Description

Application Engineer

Frankfurt, Germany

Working with a global leader in the automatic data capture and factory automation markets, they are well established over 50 years and have approximately 3500 employees worldwide across Europe, US and Asia.

They have around 1000 patents in multiple jurisdictions with thousands of prestigious partners and customers over five continents.

They are looking for an Application Engineer to join their team to support the Sales team in their pre-sales efforts, demonstrating the technical aspects and benefits of their products to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact with partners and end users to understand their needs and identify pain-points.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including customer meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with the global sales team on project follow-ups, verification of product quality, correct solution selection

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience working in a technical engineering role
• Bachelors degree in engineering is but not essential
• Speak fluent German and English
