About the Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering plastics in global markets.
• Translate customer needs into material, design, and functional requirements.
• Support business through project management and CRM tools.
• Provide technical support to ensure product quality and processing performance.
• Analyze market and technology trends for new product development.
• Develop strategic value propositions and contribute to business planning.
• Create marketing and communication materials collaboratively.

Candidate Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Technology with industry experience.
• Familiarity with processing technologies for engineering plastics (e.g., injection molding, extrusion).
• Strong technical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally (10–25%).
