About the Role: You will identify and develop new market opportunities by translating customer needs and market trends into material and design requirements. You will provide technical support, secure business, and drive growth for engineering plastics. Acting as a key link between R&D and Sales, you will generate business insights to shape future products, leveraging your senior experience.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering plastics in global markets
  • Translate customer needs into material, design, and functional requirements
  • Support business operations through project management and CRM tools
  • Provide technical support to ensure product quality and processing performance
  • Analyze market and technology trends for new product development
  • Develop strategic value propositions and contribute to business planning
  • Create marketing and communication materials with the MCG team

Qualifications:

  • MSc/PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Technology with industry experience
  • Knowledge of processing technologies for engineering plastics (e.g., injection molding, extrusion)
  • Strong technical, conceptual, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
  • Willing to travel internationally (10–25%)
