Your Role

As a Lead AI Engineer, you will:

• Shape the Future of AI Solutions – Work closely with leadership to develop and expand our AI solutions portfolio.
• Lead AI-Driven Innovation – Research, design, and develop cutting-edge GenAI applications for various use cases.
• Drive AI Strategy – Influence AI-focused communications and strategic direction across multiple forums.
• Collaborate with Clients – Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver custom AI solutions.
• Ensure AI Excellence – Provide technical expertise across project lifecycles while ensuring built-in security, quality, and responsible AI.
• Support R&D – Work on the latest advancements in multi-agent architectures, AI workflows, and RAG to enhance AI-driven applications.

What You Bring

• Python Expertise – Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
• GenAI Development – Experience building applications using Generative AI models (e.g., GPT models).
• OpenAI API & Assistants – Hands-on experience integrating AI models with OpenAI API, prompt engineering, and managing API calls.
• Multi-Agent Frameworks – Knowledge of Crew AI or similar multi-agent systems for autonomous AI workflows.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) – Understanding of how to enhance AI models with external knowledge sources.
• Complex AI Workflows – Ability to develop and manage scalable, modular AI pipelines involving multiple agents or models.
• AI Problem-Solving & Optimization – Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and scaling AI applications.
• Collaborative Mindset – Ability to work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning, NLP, and traditional ML architectures.
• Familiarity with vector databases and AI-powered search engines.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
