Applications Integration Architect (m/d/w)

The Applications Integration Architect is a senior role in IT Global Program Management function, responsible for defining and implementing the overall IT architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectives. This role involves designing, planning, and overseeing the integration of systems and technologies across the enterprise to ensure seamless operations, scalability, and alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Applications Integration Architect will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the organization’s technology infrastructure supports current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework that supports the organization’s business strategy.
  • Define the roadmap for IT systems and infrastructure evolution to align with future business needs.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient IT architectures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business operations and support strategic goals.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies with existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate architectural plans and strategies to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale architectural projects. Experience in cloud computing, systems integration, and technology governance is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in architecture modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, ArchiMate, Visio), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring technical teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology and its impact on the business.
