Role: Apple Channel Store Advisor

As a Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit by leading sales, merchandising, and operations within an Apple Shop at a partner reseller store. You will encourage partner staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple. You will grow the Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training staff while ensuring merchandising standards are met.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience

Description:

  • Represent Apple and influence within a partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow business.
  • Collaborate and train reseller teams on products, services, and merchandising guidelines, promoting excellent customer experiences and brand advocates.
  • Promote the Apple ecosystem through demonstrations and consultations.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure all fixtures and exposures are up to date.
  • Provide daily care and inspection, escalating issues as needed.
  • Enhance customer experience with creativity, curiosity, and new ideas.
