I'm currently supporting a highly successful international lottery platform in their search for an ASO Manager to join their growing app marketing function. This company has been shaping digital experiences in the lottery and prize-based entertainment space for over two decades, and they're scaling fast – launching new brands, expanding their portfolio, and investing in innovative e-commerce ventures.

The Opportunity

As ASO Manager, you'll take full ownership of app store strategy and execution across iOS and Android platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving app visibility, improving rankings, and increasing user acquisition through organic channels.

Working as part of a dedicated app marketing team (currently two people), you'll collaborate closely with product, creative, and performance marketing to ensure that the app experience stands out in a highly competitive space.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement the full ASO strategy : keyword research, A / B testing, metadata optimisation, and experimentation
  • Track and analyse app performance using tools like AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action
  • Optimise store creatives and listings in collaboration with design teams to drive installs and conversion
  • Align ASO strategy with user acquisition, product, and marketing goals
  • Stay on top of ASO trends, algorithm changes, and competitors
  • Play a central role in the shift from external agency support to fully in-house app store management

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in ASO, mobile marketing, or similar – ideally within in-house roles
  • Deep understanding of app store ecosystems and optimisation techniques
  • Strong grasp of paid UA channels like Google Ads or Apple Search Ads is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with solid A / B testing and data interpretation skills
  • Experience briefing creatives and working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bonus : experience in regulated or high-traffic digital environments
