As the head of our modern location in Bösel, you will be responsible for the entire production of patient-specific blistered medicines – GMP-compliant and future-oriented.

You will lead a dedicated team, optimize processes, and drive innovations. Collaborate closely with our pharmaceutical wholesale, manufacturing facilities, and the homecare team within the corporate group.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for manufacturing, operations, organization, and production at the site
• Leadership, development, and motivation of the team
• Ensuring GMP-compliant production
• Process optimization and maintaining high quality standards
• Collaboration with quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and other interfaces
• Preparation and support of audits and inspections, including reporting
• Organization and management of the affiliated wholesale trade
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or community pharmacy – ideally in the blister segment
• At least two years of leadership experience and an understanding of team dynamics
• Solid knowledge of GMP regulations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and sense of responsibility
